Miley Cyrus’s MTV Unplugged session has delivered a few unexpected surprises – most notably a cover of one of the Arctic Monkeys’ more recent songs.
The Wrecking Ball singer snuck version of Why’d You Only Call Me When You’re High? into the eight-song set last week as she recorded the session in Los Angeles.
And although the show has yet to be aired, an audio version – which reveals the rapturous reception the audience gave to the track – has found its way online.
Why’d You Only Call Me When You’re High? was originally released last autumn, taking the Sheffield band to number eight in the charts.
