Miley Cyrus has appeared in an advert for MTV Unplugged looking a bit mad.
Miley posted a picture of the ad, which appears to take its cue from a look sported by Lady Gaga on her recent single cover for Dope, on her Instagram account.
In it, the twerk-happy pop star is seen posing in a large black hat and crooked false teeth as she covers her nipple pasties-covered chest with her arms.
